2008 Farmer Guidelines
Farmers should read through the guidelines thoroughly before applying for the 2008 FarmShare program.
2008 Farmer Application
To apply for the 2008 program, farmers must fill in both of the following two forms which can be downloaded as PDF format. You will need the free program Adobe Reader to view and print them before filling them out.
